WHAT TO EXPECT

Ashley’s joy of teaching, positive approach and easy to understand instruction combine to make her lessons a one-of-a-kind experience.  Her belief is every student and horse should walk away from the lesson feeling better about themselves and looking forward to the next training session (with or without Ashley).  She believes in creating self-sufficient students that can problem-solve and maintain the training of their horse on their own.  Whether the lessons are multiple times a week, once a week or just a couple times a month - the knowledge you gain will follow you into your future interactions and rides with your horse.

Clinics

Mini Clinics or Classes (2 hr)

Ashley averages one to one class per month at her home barn Equus Curito Equine Center in Louisburg, KS.  These are open to the public.  In these classes you can expect the same positive teaching style she exhibits during private and group lessons.   Every clinic has an overarching theme and layout for the day but individual questions and issues are factored in when it works for the benefit of the group as well.

Full Day Clinics (6hr)

Ashley offers full day and two-day clinics.  These are open to the public.  Currently she is not traveling outside of her area.  She hosts clinics at her home barn Equus Curito or will travel to other local barns as well.  Please see the schedule of clinics currently open to the public. Every clinic has an overarching theme and layout but individual questions and issues are factored in when it works for the benefit of the group as well.  These clinic days are usually 5-6 hours in length.  Combining both classroom time and time with your horse.

Ashley’s riders leave the clinic bursting with new knowledge to implement on their own, more self-awareness and feeling like they got plenty of attention during the clinic as well.  Ashley limits the group size to 10 riders to ensure everyone was attended to.
